• Drafting employment agreements, subcontracting agreements and agreements for temporary employment relations and transfer of employees.
• Settlement of conflicts arising from Labor Law by negotiations or lawsuit
• Providing legal consultancy on consequences of merger or demerger of companies and transfer of workplaces including but not limited to the risk assessment regarding Turkish Labor Law and employees.
• Legal review of Labor Law and employment matters, and Labor Law matters during works arising from corporates law such as merges and takeovers and divisions including turnover of employees and discharging service contracts
